Old, new, borrowed, blue. It's a familiar word sequence that usually refers to things having to do with marriage. I borrowed it to summarize the tunes on this episode. "Old" and "new" refer to returning artists performing tunes I haven't yet played and artists I haven't yet played.

"Borrowed?" Well it's a stretch but I'm referring to the tune by Nine Inch Nails that I kind of borrowed for podplay. Actually, you probably know that NIN made their latest album free for all of us. I couldn't wait to play the famous label band on a J-TIP episode.

"Blue" is pretty obvious. I've got 2 R & B tunes on the show. One is smooth, the other is classic blues. Both are fun runs.

This is a 50 minute workout session with the usual regular run session followed by the 15 minute sprint segment. Here are the artists:

"Old" (Returning Artists):

  • Santa Marias
  • Two Loons for Tea
  • Gamble Mansion
  • Justin Hopkins and the Guilt
  • The Alice Project
  • Common Ground
  • Momo-J
  • "New":

  • The Bromptons
  • Revolution 74
  • Trash Fashion
  • "Borrowed" and "New":

  • Nine Inch Nails
  • "Blue" and "New":

  • Andre Delano
  • Lil” Ed and The Blues Imperials
