This our first hour-long episode. That's more great running, with a cool-down after 45 minutes if you don't have the time for the full runset.
This is also the first episode that invites cyclists to pedal to the beat of the tunes on my show. I also give some gear suggestions along the way. Please be warned that cycling to music on a road or trail is dangerous, so I don't endorse road cycling to the podcast. I have greatly enjoyed pedaling on my trainer to the last several episodes and thought listener/runners might enjoy doing the same on a stationary bike, kinetic trainer, or rollers.
