I received an email request to produce another interval running episode. So here it is, our silver show (#25) with an eclectic mix of great indie tunes, serendipitously discovered on the Podsafe Music Network, through emails from band promoters, and by perusing the recommendations of members of the Runners World discussion thread, Good Indie Music.

This is a 50 minute workout session with variations in BPM punctuated by fartleks in the 180s. Here's the breakdown:

On the PMN I found:

  • Mayday Parade
  • Yamasaki
  • Angel
  • Mr.427
  • Sound and Fury
  • On the Runners World discussion thread, Good Indie Music, Morrisey suggested and I played:

  • The National
  • Iron & Wine
  • The Dears
  • Sarathan Records fortunately sent me:

  • War Tapes
  • Peter Bradley Adams
  • Una Prosell of After Hours Music out of Sweden provided music the speed segment by:

  • doublePark
  • From Japan and Momo-J's Far East Peach label comes:

  • Amir Khan & Hideo Inai
  • Tell us what you think about this, our second, interval workout episode. Please send your comments to comments at jogtunes.com.

At JogTunes.com, you'll find purchase links to all of the tunes from all of our podcast episodes as well as over 1000 BPM rated workout music from label and indie artists.

Your support is, of course, always welcome. Please see the support section of jogtunes.com and the store page for details.

Thanks for working out with me and enjoy the music.
