In response to listener requests, this episode is a single-range, single-genre BPM workout. All of the tracks are rock tunes in the 150 to 159 BPM range. Feel free to use it alone, in tandem with sessions in other ranges, or as a part of a BPM sequenced workout of your own design. I'm eager to learn whether this format is helpful to paced exercisers. Please send your comments to comments at jogtunes.com.
All of the tracks are encores of tunes I've enjoyed playing and running to in the past.
The artists in this show are:
Momo-J The National Pool The Gentlemen! What Made Milwaukee Famous The Shakes Rotten Cheri Matthew Ebel American Heartbreak David Lane Of Fate and Chance
I hope you enjoy this single range format and find it a useful addition to your paced workout collection. I welcome your financial support of my efforts. Please go to JogTunes.com and click the Donate button. No PayPal account is required. We're also offering our first special edition podcast episode for sale. It's talk free and there's an enhanced version for iPod users. Enhanced files allow rapid advancing to the next tune if you wish to shorten your run or skip a tune. You can find the Buy button for this offer on the JogTunes.com home page.
Meanwhile, enjoy the music.
