Here's another motivating, fun runset for music-paced running in a 2-in-1 format. You can run for 30 minutes to warm-up, peak run, and cool-down tunes, or you can continue for another 20 minutes for a complete 50 minute workout. As in the past 2 episodes, I include a faster run in the second segment after the first cool-down. Overall, the tempos are a bit faster in this episode, so casual runners should do a periodic pulse check. I welcome your opinions about this format. You can send them to comments@jogtunes.com.
The Independent Online Distribution Alliance (IODA) is dedicated to the promotion of great indie music, so I dedicated this J-TIP episode to IODA. All of the tunes are from their distribution website, PROMONET.
