Reviews of Angels and Airwaves live, as well as new albums from Hit the Switch, Defiance, Ohio, Plain White T's and Bigwig are presented. X-men 3 is reviewed in detail, while not spoiling the movie for those that have not seen it. We also get back on track by getting Frank's opinion on Snakes on a Plane.
