A 3 volume set, originally written in manuscript form by Geoffrey Keating in the 17th century, while on the run, at least part of the time. This is a narrative history, much like a history book written today. This is the edition translated by John O'Mahoney, a noted fenian from the 19th century. I found an original copy of this book about 20 years ago, it was actually holding a barn door open.
