Tomkast Number One
Tom Kipp Jr. is a multi-time Supersport champion here in the US and has raced for nearly all of the factories on these shores. He popped into the Soup office and sat down for a series of Soupkasts, the first of which is featured here. In the first of three 'kasts, Kipp discusses racing in the US, having his leg broken by Miguel DuHamel's flying motorcycle, Thomas Stevens' hair, the front wheel falling off his Suzuki at Brainerd, racing in the era of wrist-based traction control and his experiences racing in Japan and in England. Also, how he balances his current life as a family man attending the seminary with being a life-long racer. Thanks to Honda for re-upping in their yearly support of Soupkast.
