Sunday night after the Estoril Grand Prix a higher power came to Superbikeplanet and asked us to wade in and spread our well-known calm vibe through the pod-o-sphere; to heal the racing world--one rocked by Dani Pedrosa's maniac pass that brought down the world championship points leader. Knowing that our infamous good will towards all, omni-respectful, full of Zen manner could easily rejoin the fractured remains of the MotoGP fanhood, we loaded up the Soup fire-fighting plane and made ready to douse the flames of anger with cool, peaceful water. It wasn't until we finished this podcast and the flight that we, um, realized we'd actually filled the bladder of the plane with 120 octane race fuel and had dumped the entire works right on top of the inferno.
