ZOT 03.04.07 - Sunday workout...new updates
Peanut butter and cottage cheese...BAD. Too much in these sodium rich foods. I also changed back to an elliptical machine that does NOT have the swinging arms. Did it today and really sweated great. A lot of things that I've done in January have seemed to have held me back and retained water.
