Jared and Ralph dig deep to figure out just why it is that the Republicans in the Senate have been so successful lately at frustrating their Democratic colleagues. Between the Bush administration's obfuscations during sworn testimony, their denial of sworn testimony from key current (Bolten) and former (Miers) high-level officials, and the Senate Republicans' sudden love for the filibuster, the Democrats are looking like failures. It turns out that the Democrats themselves are responsible for the Republicans' obstruction. What can they do to fix it? Well, Bush can't pronounce it...
