In Episode 2 in the ongoing saga of the secret branch, Jared and Ralph expose the hypocrisy behind Dick Cheney's claim that the Vice President's office is not part of the executive branch - in his own words, he has said that the office of the VP is a part of the executive branch! The Constitution also says so... so why are the same guys who argue that the Supreme Court should have a "strict constructionist" interpretation of the Constitution seemingly OK with Cheney's disregard for one of the foundations of our democracy?
