06/11/07: The Ego of the Right-Wing Hack
Right-wing hacks are quite full of themselves, as the three clips highlighted in this segment will show. Pat Robertson thinks he knows best when he claims that Islam isn't a religion, but a political movement bent on world domination. That's funny, because the people who insist we all live by the Bible (cf. Robertson, Pat) could be guilty of the same thing. Bill O'Reilly claims that airing footage of bombings in Iraq (read: reporting on the war) helps the terrorists. Is this because Bill spends more news time on Paris Hilton, et al., than actual news? Finally, Michael Savage Weiner gets his panties in a twist after C-SPAN did not air his pre-recorded acceptance speech for the Talkers Magazine Freedom of Speech award. If it was so important to you, Weiner, why didn't you show your mug and accept it in person? (More on this in a future segment.) Jared and Ralph take it to the right-wing hacks again!
