David Vance was called on by the FBI to gain employment with an Iraqi security firm that receives US taxpayer money (funneled through the Iraqi government) to investigate claims that this firm was aiding the insurgency. Vance turned up more corruption than could have been imagined; however, that corruption included members of the US military!
